Dot and Line Art Studio Policies:

Payment in full is due at registration. Your registration and payment is an agreement to our terms and policies, and a promise by us that we will provide you with the enriching art making experience that you registered for.

Cancellation and Refund policies:​
 

  • We understand that kids get sick and life happens. Please notify us if you or your child will miss a class. We will try our best to schedule a make-up class if possible, but makeups are not guaranteed. No refunds will be given for missed classes.
     

  • Group Classes Registrations are refundable - less a $50 processing fee and credit card fees up to 21 days before the class start date. After 21 days before the start date, we will offer a refund less a $50 fee, if we are able to fill the spot. Otherwise, classes are non-refundable. 
     

  • Camp Refunds: Camps are refundable less a $50 processing fee and credit card fees up to 45 days in advance of the camp starting.  After 45 days in advance of the camp starting, we can offer a refund less the $50 processing fee if we are able to fill the spot. Otherwise, camps are not refundable.    
     

  • Minimum Class Size Requirements : Certain classes will need to have a minimum class size to run. If registrations do not meet that minimum, we will cancel that class and refund your registration fee.  

    We are a small business and it is challenging to recover lost revenue if registrations are cancelled last minute. Thank you for your understanding of our policies.
     

  • Art for Tots, Tween Nights: These classes are non-refundable. 
     

  • Teen and Family Workshops: are refundable less a $20 processing fee up to 7 days in advance of the workshop starting.  After 7 days in advance of the workshop starting, the workshop is non-refundable.  
     

  • Specialty workshops (Adults) : are refundable - less a $50 processing fee and credit card fees up to 21 days before the class start date. After Workshop begins, please contact us.

  • Birthday Parties: We ask that all birthday parties are scheduled within at least 4 weeks in advance of your preferred date.  As we will try our best to accommodate with scheduling, we do need more lead time to have everything ready for you.  A deposit of $100 will be required to hold your date, the balance paid in-full one week before the event.   Please see the full descriptions of our parties and pricing breakdown here.  Please note that there are different party theme price points depending on materials needed and what is involved. 
     

  • Private lessons: We are not offering Private Lessons at this time.

For all of our children’s classes, we use non-toxic and developmentally appropriate materials. We cannot guarantee that all materials will wash out, so please dress your child in clothes that are okay to get messy.

 

All students/families must complete and sign a Studio waiver to participate in classes, pods, parties, or groups.

Our Privacy Policy 

Your Privacy is important to us. By providing us with your data, you warrant to us that you are 18 years of age or older.
