Fashion Camp II (PM) 1PM - 4PM / JULY 20 - 24 / M - F / AGES 5-8YRS It's Fashion Week here at Dot and Line! In this camp, we will investigate our dual role as Designer and Model to create unique and one-of-a-kind wearable art using many different materials and techniques. Prepare to walk the runway with the latest art-fashion on Beverly Road (Yes, there will be a runway show)! We'll look at famous designers and fashion throughout history to be inspired. Projects that we’ll work on include: - Creating a concept/visualization board with color/texture swatches and illustrations - Designing and constructing an outfit for a small mannequin - Creating a wearable avant-garde outfit out of recycled materials and fun fabrics (Just a note: This is not a sewing camp. We may use our sewing machines or hand stitching for specific applications, but sewing is not a focus.)
