What we offer:

(Camp 7): Street Art 1 (ages 5-8) July 8 - 12 AM 9am - noon Calling all underground artists! In this camp we will create artwork for the street, for our community, utilizing the public urban environment of Beverly Road as a site-specific place for art to beautify, enhance, and inspire. Students will work together to create a spray painted mural, yarn bomb Beverly Road, create outdoor sidewalk paintings, and clever interventions both performative and whimsical. We will look at a selection of inspirational artists who have made art intended to exist outside of galleries and museums, thinking about how art can be collaborative and come alive when it is put out into the public. This is the perfect camp for any artist who loves working collaboratively and wants to share their creativity with the world!
