Have you ever wanted to learn about making puppets? This camp will explore a variety of expressive puppet making forms: cut-silhouettes, marionettes, hand and finger puppets, just to name a few. We will also look at artists who have made puppets an integral part of their work for personal expression, storytelling, and entertaining audiences of all ages. Campers will explore a variety of material constructions while engineering designs that surprise and perform with movement and dance, light and shadow.
