Fridays (April 12 - May 24) (Ages 12-15yrs) 4:30pm-5:30pm 8 classes Have you ever looked at art and said to yourself..."wow, this is pretty weird!" Welp, you're not alone...art IS pretty weird! This 8-week class will look at artists who have indeed made some pretty weird things in their lives, but being a human being is actually pretty weird! So, maybe they were on to something? We'll explore many different ways of making weird art: painted clay sculpture, small architectural models, multi-faceted paintings, wearables, collage, and surreal drawing, just to name a few. Students can expect to have a bit of Weird-Art appreciation, appreciate making Weird-Art, AND have fun being a WEIRD ARTIST!
